This position includes outdoor work in varying weather conditions and extended periods of driving, loading, and unloading products. Candidates should be comfortable working in a physically active environment while maintaining a strong focus on safety. Candidates should also be comfortable climbing steps to verify tank compartments and getting in and out of the tractor, multiple times a day.

What You'll Do
- Follow delivery instructions, and maintain compliance with all DOT, company and customer safety and operational policies and procedures
- Properly load and unload products at various customer locations in a professional, courteous, timely, safe, and efficient manner
- Dedicated plant work, filling generators, cranes, etc. within the plant and mainstream fueling
- Connect and disconnect hoses, operating pumps and valves for loading and unloading, safely filling tanks using various size hoses, nozzles and fittings
- Cross train on bobtail and transport
- Use onboard technology as instructed (Smartlogix, Samsara)
- Complete paperwork accurately and timely, if applicable
- Comply with company accident and incident reporting procedures for accidents and spills
- Other related tasks as assigned by manager
Job Requirements:
What You'll Bring
- Minimum age 23
- Valid class A or B CDL
- Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements
- At least one year of experience hauling liquid bulk in a tanker trailer or bobtail
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- Ability to work nights, weekends, overtime, and work out of town for an extended amount of time
- Ability to be clean shaven when needed
- May be subject to comply with site specific drug testing requirements which may include hair follicle drug testing
- Safe driving record
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and customer service
Preferred Qualifications
- Carded drivers
- TWIC Card
- Experience hauling fuel in a tanker or bobtail
