Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid Cold Caller role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Cold Caller will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients via phone, introducing them to Sun Coast Digital’s services, and scheduling follow-up conversations or appointments. Additional duties include maintaining an organized record of interactions, following up with leads, and contributing to achieving sales performance targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage prospects effectively over the phone
- Proficiency in lead generation techniques and experience in cold calling
- Ability to manage and organize client interactions using CRM or database tools
- Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities
- Goal-oriented mindset and a collaborative attitude
- Previous sales or telemarketing experience is preferred but not required
