We are seeking a motivated and responsible Tow Truck Driver to join our roadside family. Duties

• Safely operate tow trucks equipped with flatbeds or other specialized equipment to recover disabled vehicles.
• Load, unload, and secure vehicles using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Conduct basic automotive diagnostics and mechanical assessments to determine the best recovery or repair approach.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, explaining services, and addressing concerns professionally.
• Manage conflict situations effectively, maintaining composure and professionalism during challenging interactions.
• Perform routine inspections of tow truck equipment and perform minor repairs or maintenance as needed to ensure operational readiness.
• Follow all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company policies during vehicle recovery operations.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is a plus.
• Proven experience operating tow trucks, flatbeds, or similar heavy-duty vehicles.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform automotive diagnostics and basic repairs.
• Familiarity with manual transmissions and automotive repair tools.
• Experience with automotive recovery equipment such as winches, dollies, and forklifts.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
• Ability to load & unload vehicles efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
• Prior experience in conflict management and effective communication skills are highly desirable. Pay: $100.00 - $200.00 per day
