What You'll Do
- Set and reset tables with utensils, glassware, napkins, and condiments.
- Replace table settings and prepare tables promptly for new guests.
- Assist servers throughout meal service by clearing dishes, glassware, and flatware.
- Provide beverage refills, coffee, tea, water, and bread service as needed.
- Ensure dining room cleanliness by wiping tables, chairs, and highchairs after use.
- Transport soiled dishes and utensils to the dishwashing area.
- Maintain clean and organized dining and dishwashing areas.
- Monitor dining room conditions and report concerns to management.
- Complete opening, running, and closing side work duties.
- Assist with banquet setups, special events, and private parties.
- Deliver friendly, courteous service while interacting with residents and guests.
- Work closely with restaurant and kitchen staff to support efficient operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Food Handler's Card preferred or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification preferred.
- Ability to read, write, understand and speak English is required.
- Minimum one year of work experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of proper table service, sanitation practices, and dining room procedures is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Physical and Working Conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, carry, push, and pull throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to remain productive and cheerful in a fastpaced environment with interruptions and changing priorities.
- Comfortable working both indoors and occasionally outdoors.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards are required.
- Prefer those with flexible availability.
- Day Shift: 8:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m.
- Evening Shift: 3:00 p.m. 9:00 p.m.
- Restaurant operates 7 days a week.
- Must be able to reliably commute to the Orchard Creek Facility in Lincoln, CA.
