**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Intake Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical administrative support and be familiar with medical scheduling systems. Previous Home Health experince is prefferable.
**Duties:**
Collect patient information and verify insurance coverage
Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in Hospice MD
Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
**Skills:**
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
Experience with medical office procedures
Proficiency in using phone systems for scheduling and communication
Familiarity with Hospice MD software is a plus
Knowledge of medical administrative support tasks
Ability to handle urgent care situations effectively
**Requirements:**
Prior experience in a medical office setting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of Russian language is required
