- Promote campaign messages using effective marketing techniques and persuasive communication skills
- Coordinate with team members to meet daily collection goals and ensure consistent outreach efforts

- Assist in organizing outreach events or community gatherings to increase visibility and support
Requirements
- Previous supervising or leadership experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Strong marketing and sales skills with the ability to persuade and motivate others
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation in both English and bilingual capacities if applicable
- Experience in door-to-door canvassing, telemarketing, or fundraising is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in outdoor environments under various weather conditions

- Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to accommodate outreach hours
