What You’ll Do
- Conduct substance abuse assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver integrated care for members with co-occurring disorders
- Collaborate with ACTT team to provide rehabilitation, care management, and crisis support
- Apply knowledge of ACTT principles, substance use treatment, and intervention techniques
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Licensure in North Carolina as an addiction/substance use specialist with QP status (CCS, LCAS, LCAS-A, or CDAC)
- Experience:
- 1 year treating individuals with co-occurring disorders
- Human services experience as a Substance Use Counselor
- Travel: Valid driver’s license and insurance required
