Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking a Qualified Professional to join our Intensive In-Home team, providing therapeutic interventions to youth and families in home and community settings.

Position Summary:

The Intensive In-Home QP works collaboratively with families to implement person-centered plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, and support positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor person-centered plans for youth and families.
• Provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention.
• Assist families in accessing educational, vocational, and housing resources.
• Document services accurately in the information system.
• Participate in team meetings and clinical supervision.

Education & Experience:

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and two years of experience with mental health population (one year with children/adolescents).

• Non-human services degree may qualify with four years of mental health experience.
