Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking a School-Based Therapist to provide mental health services to children within the school setting, including assessments and therapy.

Position Summary:

The School-Based Therapist conducts diagnostic assessments, delivers individual therapy, and collaborates with school staff and families to support student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess strengths and needs through screening and evaluation.
• Formulate diagnoses and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual and family therapy in school settings.
• Complete documentation per Medicaid and insurance requirements.
• Monitor progress and update crisis plans as needed.

Education & Experience:

• Required: Master’s degree in a human services field and licensure (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or equivalent).

• Must be licensed in North Carolina; associate or fully licensed clinicians accepted.
