Position Summary

The HR Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, helping to ensure the efficient day-to-day management of HR processes and office functions. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong computer and Excel skills who can quickly learn new systems, manage multiple priorities, and provide exceptional support to employees and HR leadership. The position is based in Ridgeland, SC and will transition to the Bluffton, SC office in December 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Human Resources department.
• Answer and direct phone calls, respond to routine inquiries, and assist employees and applicants as needed.
• Scan, upload, organize, and maintain HR and personnel documents in electronic filing systems.
• Assist with onboarding activities, employee records management, and other HR-related processes.
• Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support HR projects and provide general office assistance to help ensure efficient department operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and OneDrive.
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
