STARTING PAY: $20.00/HR BONUS PAY
The Assistant Manager is responsible for maintaining guest services, selling products, and promoting products and services offered by Ramona Tire by following the company’s store standards and expectations .

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer service and automotive sales experience
- Test drive, diagnose and repair vehicles to specifications
- Explain technical diagnoses and necessary repairs to non-mechanical individuals, which may include employees and customers, as needed
- Stay current on technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast of changing automotive technology
- Maintain an organized, neat and safe bay
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor or Assistant Manager is helpful, but not required
- Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment
- Possess valid CA driver’s license, or obtain a valid CA driver’s license within 30 days of hire date
- Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday's
