- Greets all visitors courteously, determines their needs, checks appointments, and directs or escorts them to proper person.
- Operates telephone to relay incoming and outgoing calls.
- Answers questions of callers according to school policy; takes messages for staff members; and pages authorized personnel over the intercom system as needed.
- Maintains an alphabetical file of staff members; names, room locations, and telephone extensions to expedite relaying calls.
- Types correspondence, charts, and such other data as needed. Places and receives telephone calls and records messages to employees.
- Works with others consistently in a cooperative and respective manner.
- Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications: Minimum of high school diploma. Minimum three (3) years relevant work experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office systems. Pleasant telephone voice and manner; ability to greet and assist public with inquiries.

TERMS: 185 days.
EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated annually by the Principal.
