Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and purchases
- Operate POS systems accurately for checkout transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits
- Upsell products and promote store specials to enhance sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and inventory checks
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries
- Support supervising staff during busy periods or special events
- Engage customers in retail sales activities, including suggesting complementary products and promoting store promotions
- Ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
