Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts
Full-Time | Sumter Health & Rehabilitation | York, AL
Base Pay: $27.05-$29.55 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: 7:00 PM-7:00 AM | 12-Hour Shifts
Shift Differential: $3.00/hour for night shift

Sumter Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our night shift nursing team.
As an LPN, you'll provide hands-on nursing care, support CNAs, and work alongside our nursing team to provide quality care for our skilled nursing and rehabilitation residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the assigned shift.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
- Supervise and support CNAs on the assigned unit.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality resident care.
