What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Coordinator position at Sumter County Disabilities and Special Needs Board?
We’re looking for a Residential Coordinator who can supervise direct care staff; schedule staff to ensure accountability in assigned residences; ensure assigned residences remain in compliance with licensing standards; assist consumers with managing their finances; ensure all required paperwork is current and accurate; oversee purchases of food and supplies; ensure approved menus are followed. Normal hours for this position are 11 am-7pm, however, you may be required to cover vacant shifts your assigned areas as needed.
This position requires an Associate’s Degree in Human Services or a High School Diploma accompanied by two years of experience working with individuals with developmental and related disabilities. Working knowledge of training programs and methods of group supervision and discipline is recommended.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
