What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Human Resources position at Sumter County Disabilities and Special Needs Board?
Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director will use discretion and independent judgement to perform personnel and staff development responsibilities adhering to SCDDSN and SCDSNB guidelines. Responsible for the oversight of a comprehensive human resources program by managing such functional areas as recruitment, employment, job classification/compensation/employer/employee relations, EEO/AA, benefits, and workers compensation. Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established agency policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
