Role Description The Prevention Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Sumter, SC. This role focuses on planning, implementing, and evaluating prevention programs and initiatives that address behavioral health, substance use, and related risk factors within the community. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outreach and educational sessions, coordinating workshops and events, and developing prevention materials for diverse audiences. The Prevention Specialist collaborates with internal clinical teams, schools, workplaces, and community organizations to promote safe, healthy behaviors and supportive environments. Additional duties include collecting and analyzing program data, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and relevant reg
