Digital Talent Manager (NYC)

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a Digital Talent Manager to join a globally recognised talent agency. (This is talent representation, NOT talent acquisition/recruitment). The agency in question represents some of the most influential digital creators in the world, many with multi-million follower audiences across platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and beyond. They're often referrred to as THE leading digital talent agency in America.

This role will focus exclusively on managing high-profile digital creators, helping them grow their careers, maximise commercial opportunities and build long-term, sustainable brands.

You’ll work closely with creators, brand partners and internal teams to drive partnerships, negotiate deals and support strategic growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a hands-on role in shaping the careers of some of the most prominent digital talent in the USA, and the world.

THE ROLE

• Manage and develop a roster of high-profile digital creators across multiple social platforms: Meta/Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and more
• Lead on brand partnerships, negotiations and commercial opportunities.
• Support creators with strategic growth across content, brand and business ventures.
• Work closely with internal teams including partnerships, legal and leadership.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, platforms and key industry stakeholders.
• Identify new opportunities that align with creator positioning and long-term goals.
• Ensure creator deliverables, campaigns and partnerships are executed seamlessly.

REQUIREMENTS

––

• 1 year of experience within talent management, influencer representation or creator representation.
• Proven experience managing digital-first talent or working closely with creators.
• Strong commercial instincts and experience negotiating brand deals.
• Deep understanding of the digital creator ecosystem and platform dynamics.
• Confident communicator able to manage both talent and brand stakeholders.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple high-profile clients simultaneously.
• Must be based in the United States and have the right to work in the US.
