Job Title: To Go Server/Server
As a To Go Server/Server, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests, whether they are enjoying their meals on-site or taking them to go. What you’ll do
- Greet guests warmly and assist with menu selections, ensuring they have all the information they need for a delightful experience.
- Accurately take orders and process them through the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Prepare and package food items for take-out orders, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Handle phone orders with professionalism, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and guest relations skills.
Basic qualifications
- Previous experience as a host/host or in food service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in a restaurant setting with a focus on hospitality.
- Familiarity with guest services principles and practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
