We are seeking energetic and personable Servers / To-Go Servers to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit or order process
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing of sales transactions
• Prepare and serve food and beverages, including cocktails and spirits, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards
• Manage takeout orders efficiently through platforms like OpenTable or direct communication with the kitchen, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality meals
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue
• Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately while handling cash transactions responsibly
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas, tables, bar, and surrounding spaces; assist with bussing tables and resetting for new guests
• Support food preparation when needed, demonstrating culinary experience and knowledge of food handling procedures
• Engage with guests to foster guest relations, address inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours or special events such as nightlife or nightclub nights

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant setting; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Demonstrated ability in beverage service including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and drink service techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude; ability to handle multiple tables or takeout orders efficiently
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and nights in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is desirable but not required
• Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity can be beneficial for supporting food prep tasks
