Position Details
Credentialing & Compliance Management
- Collect, verify, and maintain all required provider credentialing documentation, including licenses, certifications, work history, and references
- Ensure all providers meet internal compliance standards and client-specific requirements prior to assignment start
- Track and monitor expiration dates for licenses, certifications, and other required documentation
- Partner with providers, recruiters, and client facilities to ensure all credentialing requirements are completed on time
- Communicate clearly and proactively regarding outstanding items, deadlines, and potential risks
- Serve as a central point of contact for credentialing status updates and issue resolution
- Prepare and submit complete, accurate credentialing packets to client facilities
- Ensure all submissions meet facility standards and timelines
- Maintain thorough and organized documentation throughout the credentialing process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in credentialing systems and databases
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal processes and regulatory standards
- Utilize tracking tools and reports to monitor progress and identify potential delays
- Identify and proactively address credentialing issues, delays, or gaps in documentation
- Work cross-functionally to resolve barriers and keep assignments on track
- Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround times
