Responsibilities:
· Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
· Assist customers in selecting the right RV for their needs and lifestyle.
· Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
· Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Follow up with potential leads and customers.
Qualifications:
· Previous sales experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate!
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong Customer Service Orientation.
· Self-Motivated.
· Basic computer skills.
· A passion for RVs and the outdoor lifestyle.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Able to handle multiple tasks.
Job Details
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 5 days a week / NO crazy hours. 9AM-5PM in Winter and 9AM-6PM in Summer. Closed on Sunday for family.
Pay: This is a commission-based position with a pay range of $ 34,652.80-$150,000 plus annually.
