Job Description

SumnerOne is seeking a results oriented Sales Director to lead our growth strategy across the Tulsa and OKC markets. This is a high impact leadership role focused on driving revenue, developing sales teams, and expanding our presence in key verticals. You’ll take the lead on territory planning, team management, and performance execution. 


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategy to achieve hardware revenue growth of 10%
  • Oversee territory structure across Tulsa and Oklahoma City markets, including SME assignments, vertical focus areas, and expansion justification
  • Create territory business plans that include new business acquisition, retention strategy, and competitive positioning
  • Analyze market data, competitive MIF, and customer needs to identify top targets across verticals such as healthcare, education, legal, and commercial
  • Drive pipeline development, track team activity in CRM (Salesforce), and deliver accurate forecasting
  • Maintain profit margins and ensure gross profit aligns with established targets 
  • Enforce sales process discipline through weekly/monthly/quarterly performance cadences
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, service, and operations to align goals and drive customer success
  • Ensure all reporting, paperwork, and documentation is submitted accurately and on time


Qualifications

  • 8 years of progressive sales experience, including 3 years in a leadership or director-level role
  • Direct industry experience in imaging, print hardware, production print, or managed print services required
  • Strong knowledge of sales process design, territory planning, and pipeline management
  • Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable to performance standards
  • Track record of driving quota attainment and delivering against margin expectations
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • CRM experience required (Salesforce preferred)
  • Willingness to travel across Tulsa/OKC territory as needed


Requirements:

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass pre-employment screenings
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is required to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders, and to perform the essential functions of this role
