Onsite Print Support Specialist

Job Description:
SumnerOne is seeking an Onsite Print Support Specialist to join our St. Louis team at our in-house print shop at STLCC! In this role, you will support day-to-day operations of a high-volume print environment and occasionally handle courier package services. Daily communication with customers is a key part of this position.

Responsibilities:

• Production Printing Operations:
  • Operate high-volume production color and black-and-white machines to produce print booklets with GBC and spiral binding.
  • Operate wide-format inkjet plotters and flatbed printers.
• Customer Interaction:
  • Communicate daily with customers, providing guidance on print production, finishing services, and courier deliveries.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Use business software applications for documentation, reporting, communication, and print production, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Capture.
• Physical Activity:
  • Perform tasks that involve standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching, and climbing.
  • Lift or move items weighing up to 50 lbs as part of daily operations.
• Courier Service:
  • Periodically deliver items to local customers using a company vehicle. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in standard business software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience or desire to learn more with high-volume production and wide-format printing, including flatbed printers
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, including understanding of shipping regulations
• Valid driver’s license, with the ability to operate a fleet vehicle
• Physical ability to perform tasks that require extended periods of movement and regular lifting

Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass pre-employment screenings
• Fluency in spoken and written English is required to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders, and to perform the essential functions of this role
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs regularly
