What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Assistant position at Sumner Place?
Our Maintenance Assistant is essential in providing Quality Life to our residents through helping ensure our facility remains pristine and all services fully functional.
This is a full-time position with an on-call requirement. Hours are 8:00 am-4:30 pm.
Job duties include:
Routine care and maintenance of the building and grounds.
Timely completion of work orders.
Candidates should have 1-2 years practical maintenance or related experience. They will possess high personal integrity and passion for providing an outstanding facility to our residents. Our maintenance department stays active on their feel while lifting items up to 75 pounds, pushing, and carrying items. Active driver’s license required.
