This is a full-time, on-site role located in Aubrey, TX, for an Advanced Practice Provider. The Advanced Practice Provider will deliver comprehensive care by conducting assessments, diagnosing and treating patients, and managing treatment plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating patient medical histories, performing physical exams, prescribing medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure patient-centered care. The provider will also educate patients on wellness and preventive care practices.
- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments, obtaining medical histories, and performing physical examinations
- Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills to develop effective treatment plans
- Experience with prescribing medication and monitoring patient outcomes
- Ability to collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care
- Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare documentation standards
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills
- Active licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Texas
- Advanced certification in family medicine, internal medicine, or related specialty is preferred
