We're hiring a compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to provide 1:1 care in patients' homes-supporting recovery, mobility, and functional independence.

This role is ideal for both new graduates and experienced PTAs who want purposeful work, flexibility, and a supportive clinical team that values your voice and problem-solving skills.

What You'll Do

• Deliver in-home therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement treatment plans that support mobility, strength, and daily function
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety techniques
• Document interventions accurately using our EMR (training provided)
• Travel within Mesa County (mileage drive time paid)
• Support patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, chronic illness, and other mobility-impacting conditions
  
  

What You'll Need

• Current Colorado Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance
• Strong communication, documentation, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the clinical team
