Our experienced team of administrators, nurses, and caregivers work alongside you to ensure you are fully prepared and confident in all the skills needed to succeed as a caregiver.

Since our inception, SummitWest Care has served several thousand clients and families in Mesa County and we have had the support and donations from organizations such as St. Mary's Hospital, Rocky Mountain Health Plans and Hilltop. Because of our strong staff expertise and leadership and the profound belief that people deserve to heal at home, we have received several awards for quality and excellence in home health care service.

What You'll Do
Companionship & Household Support
- Light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, meal preparation, grocery shopping, etc.
- Bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility/ambulation support, continence care, medication reminders, and more
- Vital sign monitoring, skilled transfers, medication assistance, and additional tasks tailored to client needs
- To be 18 or older
- A valid driver's license
- A reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
- Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn
