What You'll Do
HR Operations & Employee Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions related to payroll, benefits, and policies
- Maintain personnel files and ensure accurate, up-to-date employee records
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance
- Oversee biweekly payroll and ensure accurate timekeeping across systems
- Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and employee communications
- Coordinate with vendors on payroll, benefits, and leave administration
- Support compliance with federal and Colorado employment laws (FMLA, FAMLI, wage & hour, etc.)
- Maintain I-9 compliance and complete audits as needed
- Prepare standard employee communications, letters, and documentation
- Post jobs, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews
- Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Oversee onboarding for new hires to ensure a smooth transition
- Provide day-to-day support to managers and employees
- Assist with employee relations documentation and follow-up as needed
- Help maintain consistency in HR processes across departments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- 3 years of HR experience in a generalist or manager-level role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a highly collaborative, onsite environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to day-to-day HR needs
- Experience in healthcare or a regulated environment is a plus
- Competitive salary: $70,000 – $80,000 annually (DOE)
