Summitt Labs Sales Guru
Starting Pay: $3000 Commission Draw based on experience with 5% Commission
Summitt Labs is looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Guru to join our team. The compensation monthly draw ranges $36,000-$40,000 (DOE) and an uncapped commission potential ($2,000–$5,000 /month average).

We here at Summitt Labs are looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Guru to help establish a stronger foothold in the hemp industry and maximize our clientele base. We are a rapidly growing nutraceutical company that needs someone skilled to help with expanding and scalability.

It will be highly important that you are a quick learner, and have the ability to innovate and improve processes associated with your position. Your tasks will have a general standard operating procedure associated with them, but you will have the freedom to create and improve on the processes as the needs of the company and your lead require it.
As a Sales Guru, you’ll take ownership of driving revenue growth by building strong client relationships and managing accounts from first contact through to invoicing and payment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail and wholesale clients
Identify and secure new business opportunities through outreach, referrals, and follow-ups
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets using strategic selling techniques
Negotiate pricing, promotions, and product placements to maximize profitability
Provide expert product recommendations aligned with market trends
Accurately update CRM records and submit regular performance reports
Partner with fulfillment teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
Essential Functions
- Receive phone calls from prospective clients
- Prospect and qualify sales leads for sales pursuit
- Participate in sales-led marketing programs that promote client interest
- Participate in a weekly team sales meeting and sales performance reporting
- Prepare, collect and process sales service agreements for new clients and existing clients
- Monitor sales process from start to finish.
- Participate in a weekly team sales meeting and sales performance reporting
- Prospect and qualify sales leads for sales pursuit in business to business sales, door to door in your own territory in Florida and key states of attack for our marketing plan
- Must be able to travel for Trade Shows with minimum 30 day notice. In busy season we may have 2-3 shows a month. Will receive a per diem / daily meal allowance when traveling for Trade Shows.
- Help with booth setup when attending Trade Shows
- Hybrid work schedule. Come into the office to prepare sales strategies and travel locally, regionally and nationally as necessary to pursue sales pursuits
- Travel is 50-75% either locally or in territory , or for trade shows in busy seasons and offseason 50%
- Must have reliable transporation for local and regional travel.

Education and Experience:
- At least high school degree (some college preferred)
- At least 1-year consistent position at previous employment (preferred 2 years)
- 1-2 year's experience within the Sales industry (required). Experience within the Hemp industry and/or other alternative products a plus.
- Trade Show experience a plus
Extra Information:
- 90 Day Probationary Period
- 40 Hour Per Week Position (9am - 5pm)
- 7 Day Training Period (Paid)
- Starting in September, 2025
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Guru at Summitt Labs in Tampa, FL. The Sales Guru will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and nurturing client relationships to drive revenue growth.
Salary : $36,000 - $125,000
