We are seeking to hire a top Producer to accomplish the following:
- Proactively soliciting new residential mortgage business
- Regularly identifying, developing and maintaining a quality network of business relationships.
- Provide an exceptional, effortless customer experience by pre-qualifying potential borrowers and maintaining a thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Maintains professional relationships, promotes the successes of the company and coworkers and is a team player.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Provides strong customer service to internal and external customers
- Exceptional organization and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Independent, self-starting, team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial data.
- Working knowledge of mortgage industry, products, lending practices, and regulatory (federal and state) guidelines.
- Working knowledge of mortgage origination process, FNMA, FHA, VA, USDA guidelines
Salary : $65 - $350
