Job Description
- Complete performance of mechanical engineering tasks by designing and drafting commercial buildings
- HVAC load calculations, specs, sizing equipment, ductwork, and piping
- Processing drawings and RFI's, and conducting site visits during the construction phase
- Performing computer economic analysis of alternate HVAC systems
- Life cycle cost analysis
- Assure systems and product quality and maintain products by regulations
- Ideal candidates will possess a BSME or BSAE (with mechanical specialty)
- PE License with at least 4 years of experience
- AutoCAD skills minimum and REVIT preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Hvac design: 5 years
- Required license or certification:
- PE license is a plus
