You will work closely with military, intelligence, and joint operations teams to facilitate the acquisition lifecycle, supporting critical missions that protect our nation. Your expertise will help streamline operations, improve efficiency, and uphold the highest standards of integrity and compliance within the Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
Duties
- Assist in managing acquisition programs by coordinating procurement activities, tracking milestones, and ensuring adherence to federal regulations and DoD policies.
- Support the development and review of acquisition documentation, including statements of work, procurement packages, and contract modifications.
- Facilitate communication between contractors, government agencies, and internal teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of complex military operations involving special operations, electronic warfare, signals intelligence, and other specialized domains.
- Provide detailed analysis of intelligence data related to all-source intelligence, counterintelligence, and intelligence targeting efforts to inform acquisition strategies.
- Support joint operations by integrating intelligence community insights into acquisition planning and execution processes.
- Assist in conducting exercise planning related to military operations and special operations to validate procurement requirements and operational readiness.
Skills
- Experience in any of the following DoD acquisitions spanning from ACAT I / II to ACAT III / IV and AAPs, Projects, and Adaptive Acquisition Framework Pathways (to include Software Acquisition Pathway, Middle Tier Acquisition Pathway, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating across multiple agencies and stakeholders involved in defense acquisitions.
- Minimum Secret, preferred Top Secret Security Clearance
