Role Overview
The Vice President, Client Services will be responsible for expanding and managing key client accounts across the Florida market. This leader will build strong executive relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver customized talent and service solutions that drive client success.
Responsibilities
- Business Development: Leverage existing relationships and market knowledge to identify opportunities and introduce Summit Tech Partners’ service offerings to target clients. Lead engagements to design custom talent solutions for enterprise customers in the Florida market.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with assigned clients. Understand client needs, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions using internal thought leadership and case studies.
- Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand account penetration, achieve revenue targets, and meet business objectives.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner closely with Solution Design and Service Delivery teams to ensure timely and successful execution of talent and service solutions.
- External Collaboration: Attend local networking events, regional conferences, and industry forums to build relationships with business and technology leaders.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience: 3 years of proven success driving new business opportunities within Contingent Labor and Professional Services in the Florida market
- Results‑Driven: Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and deliver measurable business outcomes
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of SOW and Staff Augmentation models across multiple industries
- Relationship Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
- Self‑Starter: Ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced environment
- Communication: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Travel: As needed for client meetings and relationship development
Salary : $90,000 - $150,000
