Duties
- Conduct inside sales activities, including cold calling potential clients to generate leads and set appointments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records using CRM software to report on progress and forecast future sales.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technology or technical sales environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Familiarity with software tools used for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
