Job Summary
Summit Stone Interiors, a leader in granite and quartz fabrication and installation, is hiring a Project Manager to oversee projects from estimate to completion. This role combines project coordination, customer service, and sales, making it ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with clients and contractors.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from preliminary bid through final installation
- Prepare estimates, submit bids, and follow up to secure projects
- Order materials and coordinate scheduling to ensure timely completion
- Ensure all finished work meets or exceeds customer expectations
- Assist walk-in customers and answer incoming phone calls
- Meet with homeowners, designers, and contractors to review materials and project details
- Track and manage inventory of sinks, slabs, and other materials
- Follow up on open quotes and maintain customer relationships
- Generate new business through outreach to contractors and builders
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated with strong follow-through
- Sales or estimating experience preferred
- Construction, cabinetry, countertop, or stone industry experience is a plus
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
