Senior Creative Strategist & Media Buyer (DTC / Paid Social)
Location: 100% Remote / Work From Home
Our client is a fast-growing digital agency partnering with some of the most exciting direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands in health, wellness, CPG, and lifestyle. They operate at the intersection of performance and creative, combining storytelling with data-driven execution to scale brands profitably across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
They are looking to hire a Senior Creative Strategist & Media Buyer hybrid for a 100% remote / work from home role. They are seeking a unique candidate who who understands what drives conversion, can translate performance data into powerful creative, and has the ability to execute directly in-platform. This is a high-impact role that will help shape the strategic and performance output across the agency’s top accounts.
What You’ll Do
- Own paid media execution across Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and TikTok for a portfolio of DTC brands
- Lead campaign setup, budget pacing, testing strategy, and in-platform optimization
- Analyze campaign data, identify insights, and make smart, fast decisions to drive performance
- Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to align media performance with asset development
- Build and refine testing frameworks to evaluate ad creative, copy variations, landing pages, etc.
- Develop and evolve creative strategy for performance campaigns, grounded in customer psychology and channel nuance
- Write briefs that translate data into clear messaging frameworks and asset direction (UGC, statics, branded video)
- Ideate and script high-performing ad concepts (especially for TikTok and Meta) based on winning themes
- Partner with creators, editors, and designers to build creative that converts
- Report on creative learnings and recommend iterations based on performance insights
What We’re Looking For
- 3-4 years of experience in paid social, performance marketing, or creative strategy, ideally at a DTC brand or performance agency
- Deep experience with Meta Ads and familiarity with TikTok Ads, including platform nuances and best practices
- Strong understanding of what drives conversion—from thumb-stopping hooks to high-performing formats
- Clear communicator with a creative eye and analytical brain
- Hands-on experience working with or directing UGC, influencer content, and branded video
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment—able to manage multiple accounts and adapt on the fly
- Strong writing skills (for briefs, copy themes, and scripts)
- Bonus: Experience with tools like Notion, Figma, Motion (or other analytics platforms), or creative sourcing platforms, but not required
Salary : $140,000 - $155,000
