Summit Spine and Joint Centers is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Roswell & Canton clinics on a Full-Time or Part-Time basis.
In this role, you will work closely with physicians and clinical teams to deliver specialized spine and pain management care while ensuring a positive and supportive patient experience. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Schedule
Full-Time or Part-Time opportunities available
Optional Tuesday–Friday (4-day) schedule for full-time team members
One administrative day required each week (full-time only)
Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, high-quality nursing care for assigned patients using sound clinical judgment and evidence-based practices
Monitor patient conditions and report changes in symptoms or behaviors to the appropriate provider
Administer medications and treatments as ordered and accurately document patient encounters and progress notes
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care team members to coordinate patient care and treatment plans
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, health maintenance, and disease prevention
Provide compassionate support and guidance to patients and their family members throughout the care process
Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and patient safety standards
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia in good standing
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong clinical assessment, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with patients and families
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical equipment preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
Compensation & Additional Benefits
$10/hour differential when traveling outside of your assigned region
Lodging provided for assignments requiring travel beyond 3 hours
