What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook/Prep Cook position at Summit Smokehouse?
We are looking 3 full-time/part-time line cooks. We smoke all our own meat here fresh daily and are not part of any local chain which gives us the ability to be unique and gives us the creative freedom to build our menus, atmosphere and daily specials our way. We provide the knowledge and resources for our staff to learn and grow as cooks and leave here better than they started!
