Construction Foreman

Construction Leader | $23–$28/hr | Travel Required

We are currently hiring a Construction Leader to oversee crews on projects based in Youngstown, OH and across the U.S. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires frequent travel (approximately 70–75% of the time). All travel expenses are fully covered, and employees receive a weekly per diem for meals and incidentals. Candidates with prior leadership experience in construction or concrete work are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage crews on construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate work tasks, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on the job site
• Perform concrete trade activities such as forming, mixing, pouring, and finishing when needed
• Collaborate with team members and independently manage tasks depending on project scope
• Troubleshoot and solve problems as they arise to keep projects on track

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of leadership or crew management experience (preferred)
• Previous concrete or general construction experience (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality results
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $23–$28/hr, depending on experience
• Weekly direct deposit
• 100% of travel expenses paid by the company
• $41/day per diem (based on 7 days)
