What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Project Lead position at Summit Skilled Solutions?
Join our team as a Concrete Lead Man, taking on a traveling role where you will be on the road 75% of the time. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a strong background in concrete work and a passion for leading projects to successful completion. This is a full time position with overtime.
Applicants must be willing and able to pass a drug screen and background check (No Felonies). As well as clean driving record.
Concrete Lead Man Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage concrete construction projects from start to finish.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of concrete workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Travel to various job sites across the region, requiring 75% travel.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
Concrete Lead Man Requirements:
- Concrete or Epoxy experience is a plus but it is not required
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
- Strong understanding of concrete construction techniques and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to travel extensively and stay on-site as required.
- Valid Drivers License is required
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
