Position: CNC Machine Operator
Compensation: $23.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on experience, skill level, and shift)
Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift

Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented CNC Mill/Lathe Operators to join a growing precision manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate a variety of CNC equipment to produce high-quality components for diverse industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, a commitment to quality, and a proactive approach to maintaining safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC mills and/or lathes to manufacture precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Perform tool offsets, work origin adjustments, and minor program edits as needed to maintain quality.
- Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring tools to verify part accuracy.
- Monitor tooling for wear and replace tools proactively to ensure consistent performance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area that supports efficient workflow.
- Perform routine maintenance and assist with scheduled preventive maintenance on machines.
- Follow all safety guidelines and actively contribute to a culture of workplace safety.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status, quality issues, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required (per Department of Defense regulations).
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Familiarity with CNC machinery and basic machining processes.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies and techniques.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset that supports collaboration and productivity.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
- Basic knowledge of precision inspection tools such as calipers and micrometers preferred.
