Schedule
- Full-time
- 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday

What You will Do
- Coach and manage a team on the assigned tasks within the day-to-day operation
- Execute plan-o-grams to ensure accurate product placement
- Oversee department resets and ensure plan-o-gram compliance
- Maintain product distribution and new item placement
- Monitor key departments such as spices and cosmetics, including stocking and backstock organization
- Assist with new store openings and remodels outside of assigned area
- Travel locally between assigned store locations
Work Environment & Expectations
- Manage a team of 3 to 5 part-time merchandisers
- Oversee 2 to 3 stores
- Role requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shifts
- Strong attention to detail and consistency is critical to success
- Reliable attendance is essential due to scheduled store work
Qualifications
- Previous retail manager experience of one or more years
- Oversee, lead and execute projects in addition to daily operations
- Experience in grocery or retail setting
- Familiarity with plan-o-grams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Timely completion of assigned projects and store visits
- Proper placement of new items and removal of discontinued products
- Store presentation standards and compliance
