Brand Ambassador

Summit Retail Solutions is hiring Brand Ambassador/Sales Representatives to join our team and represent one of our food & beverage clients through our ongoing Road Show program.

This is a W-2 position with benefits. Our team consistently operates Road Shows inside Wholesale warehouses, giving you the opportunity to build your sales skills, work recurring events, and grow with Summit.

Each Road Show typically runs for 5 consecutive days (Wed-Sun) / 40 hours, with overtime opportunities. Locations will rotate weekly between Costcos in the East Bay. (Up to 40 miles)

What You'll Do

• Engage directly with Wholesale members throughout the Road Show
• Introduce and promote our food & beverage client's products
• Conduct product demonstrations and create excitement around the product
• Learn customer needs and make product recommendations
• Confidently answer questions and overcome objections
• Drive sales and ask for the sale
• Work toward daily and event sales goals
• Create a positive and professional customer experience
• Represent our client and Summit Retail Solutions
• Work as part of a team to execute successful Road Shows
• Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging sales area

This is a sales position, not simply customer service or product sampling. We're looking for people who are comfortable approaching customers, starting conversations, influencing purchasing decisions, and working toward measurable sales results.

What We're Looking For

• 18 years or older
• Sales, customer service, marketing, promotional, or brand ambassador experience is a plus
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers
• Confident asking for the sale
• Motivated by goals and performance
• Outgoing, personable, and professional
• Reliable and dependable
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Able to stand and remain active for up to 10 hours per day
• Able to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
• Comfortable working weekends
• Reliable transportation

• This position will require local travel up to 40 miles. Can you comfortably commute to our local in store events?

• This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time, up to 10 hours. Will you be able to meet these requirements with or without accommodations?
