Job Title: Treatment Director

Overview:
The Treatment Director at Summit ReEntry is responsible for overseeing clinical documentation, providing therapy, and ensuring the quality of group facilitation. This role focuses on maintaining high standards in clinical documentation and supporting Mental Health Practitioners (MHPs) in delivering effective therapeutic interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Documentation Oversight:
- Review and approve clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with state regulations and internal policies.
- Sign off on group notes and ensure accuracy and timeliness of documentation.
- Routine audits of notes.
- Routine audits of client files for quality assurance and compliance.
Therapy and Client Support:
- Provide individual and group therapy to clients as needed.
- Provide weekly individual therapy to both locations and group facilitation coverage as needed
- Support clients in achieving treatment goals through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments, psychoeducation, and family education within the residential setting.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and update individualized treatment plans.
Group Facilitation and Monitoring:
- Oversee the facilitation of therapeutic groups, ensuring that group dynamics and interventions align with best practices.
- Offer guidance and support to MHPs on group facilitation techniques and strategies.
- Monitor the effectiveness of group interventions and provide feedback for improvement.
Collaboration and Leadership:
- Collaborate with the Treatment Director and other leadership team members to ensure cohesive service delivery.
- Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and interdisciplinary team discussions.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to MHPs as needed.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Active licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent in the state of Minnesota.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical supervisory role within a mental health setting.
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation requirements and group facilitation best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Working Conditions:
- Full-Time Position - 8am to 4pm
- Primarily based at Summit ReEntry – Minneapolis, MN
