We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our HR functions and ensuring compliance with employment laws while fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities
- Support the administration of HR functions, including employee onboarding, benefits coordination, and maintaining personnel records.
- Assist with payroll processing on a bi-weekly schedule, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now (experience preferred) for payroll and HR-related tasks.
- Provide support in accounts receivable and billing tasks, as needed.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
- Maintain accurate HR files, employee data, and reporting.
- Support executives with administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
- Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with FMLA and workers' compensation regulations.
Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 3 years of HR administration or payroll support expereince.
- Expereince with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred
- Familiarity with accounts receivable and billing processes is helpful.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Proficiency in data analysis skills for effective decision-making and reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpoersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
