We are looking for motivated individuals who strive to deliver industry leading customer service and who can assist customers over the phone with selecting the right products to build their dream cars or enhance their daily drivers. Phone Sales Agents sell products, offer upsells, and cross-sells products to match the customer’s needs. There is no outbound/cold calling involved, and we are not high-pressure sales!

Applicants must have a genuine automotive interest, a high level of attention to detail, capability to deliver exceptional service, and a knack for problem-solving. While not a necessity, any experience as an automotive hobbyist or prior careers within the automotive industry is highly desired and should be noted on your application.

Candidates must reside in Ohio.

Inbound Phone Sales –Applicants should possess an interest in the automotive industry, but knowledge and experience are not required. All you need to bring to the table is a willingness to learn, and a passion for excellent customer service…we provide the rest! We offer an 8-week paid training program that will provide you with everything you will need to help get our customers what they need.

This position allows you to WORK FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR HOME while helping other auto enthusiasts just like yourself!

Hours/Days: 8-week training, training schedule is Monday- Friday, Noon-8:30pm ET. The hiring work schedule is Tuesday-Saturday, 1:30-10:00pm, with periods of overtime.

Earning Potential**

Starting wage/first year:

  • Starting Level 1 wage of $15.00 hr. (based on experience) weekly commission.

  • Year two average is one – two dollar increase from starting wage. (hourly commission - Level 1 Sales)**

  • Year three average is two – three dollar increase from starting wage. (hourly commission - Level 2 Sales)**

  • Year three/four and beyond achieving Level 3 or 4 Sales pays a flat rate of four to six dollars more than starting wage**

  • Plus overtime possibility during busy season!

**Above are end of year estimated average potentials. Your actual hourly rate and time to achieve will vary based on automotive knowledge, application of training, development pace, and sales skills**

What you need:

  • High speed cable internet (25mbs minimum (No DSL))

  • A dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free room in your house to work from

  • Proficiency with Windows-based desktop computer systems

  • Proficiency in the use and navigation of the Internet

  • Ability to communicate clearly both with internal and external customers

  • Willingness to “go to work” for our customers
