Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visual scans of the premises to identify potential security risks and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Manage access control systems to verify authorized entry for employees, patrons.
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, following established emergency response procedures.
- Write detailed incident reports documenting any security breaches, accidents, or unusual activities.
- Support emergency situations by administering first aid or CPR if necessary and coordinating with emergency services.
Skills
- Strong surveillance skills, able to scan environments to detect possible risks before they happen
- Background knowledge in law enforcement, military, or security operations is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting when needed.
- Excellent communication skills for incident report writing and conflict management.
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures such as AED operation, Taser use, fire safety, and first aid including CPR.
- Capable of conflict de-escalation and conflict management to handle tense situations professionally.
- Physical security expertise including patrolling, heavy lifting, and maintaining a visible security presence.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
