Summit Property Management is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing Analyst to support marketing performance across our multi-family portfolio. This role is responsible for analyzing campaign effectiveness, tracking key performance metrics, and providing actionable insights to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and overall marketing ROI. The Marketing Analyst will work closely with marketing leadership, property teams, and third-party vendors to ensure data-informed decision-making that drives occupancy and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Track, monitor, and analyze website traffic, lead sources, and conversion performance across all properties.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing dashboards.
- Develop recurring reports on traffic trends, lead quality, cost per lead, and conversion rates.
- Identify underperforming channels and recommend improvements.
- Analyze digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Support optimization of paid media campaigns.
- Evaluate the full marketing funnel from traffic to lease conversion.
- Identify bottlenecks and provide solutions.
- Partner with leasing teams to align with occupancy goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Provide insights for strategy improvements.
- Monitor website engagement metrics.
- Support website and listing optimization.
- Work cross-functionally with teams.
- Coordinate with vendors.
- Support marketing for new property takeovers.
Qualifications:
_ Must have Multi-Family experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics or digital marketing
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM platforms
- Familiarity with RealPage, Yardi, or AppFolio preferred
- Advanced Excel or data visualization skills preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects
