- Utilize PowerPoint, Canva, and Excel to create concise, visually engaging leasing materials.
- Assist in lease negotiations by compiling relevant data and supporting documents, utilizing insights from market intelligence platforms such as Placer.ai, CoStar, and CREXI.
- Conduct market research and maintain accurate records of leasing activities.
